Please enter a valid policy number. A valid policy number consists of either a two
or three letter
prefix followed by a seven digit policy number. There must be a minimum of nine and a maximum of ten
characters entered in the policy number field. An example would be WNC1234567. There should be no spaces entered as part of the policy number.
Please enter the zip code for the mailing address of the most recent policy period.
After entering a policy number and zip code, click "Search". If the policy information
is
found in our database, you will then be prompted to select the policy period for which the loss
occurred. Once a policy period is selected, please click continue to be redirected to the Notice of Loss entry page for
the policy line of business.
